Joseph Hylander is a songwriter, audio engineer and artist. He was born and raised in Southern California and proud to call Hawthorne, California his home. He finds inspiration in ordinary things and can turn the mundane into an interesting dreamscape. His youth and education was spent touring and in the recording studio trying to perfect the art of writing, arranging and composing music. Joseph picked up the guitar after first hearing The Beatles, 'Rubber Soul' at the age of 12 and has now been playing, writing and recording music for over 20 years. He operates and runs his own recording studio in Hawthorne, CA called, 'In Orbit Studios' . A friendly environment where creativity is encouraged and where there is no limit to the imagination. When Joseph isn't recording he tries to instill his passion for music in everyone he meets (particularly students). Joseph teaches music lessons in and out of his home studio and hopes to cross your path someday!
